Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the hospitality industry, have excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing a successful restaurant (a plus).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble freshly made orders correctly and quickly.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized restaurant environment.

    Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations.

  • Previous experience in restaurant or a similar role (a bonus)

  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems. (bonus)

  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations (bonus)
